Revolution Fitness has four very qualified female personal trainers on staff to help you meet your fitness goals. They also have a Registered Dietitian on staff to provide coaching for the proper nutrition fitness.
One of the Revolution Fitness trainers is Jenny Barry. Jenny has over ten years of experience and has numerous certifications in fitness. She was awarded the Fitness Instructor of the Year from MIT and was also among the contestants on this seasons American Gladiators show.
Sue Delaney brings her 25 years plus experience to help you attain your goals. Her training approach includes nutrition, instruction and body conditioning. Sue holds several certificates and is an advanced CORE instructor certified by Reebok.
Lauren Jensen is experienced in working with clients of all ages. Her clients have included pre-teens and senior citizens. Her specialty is working with people that have physical limitations and she likes to introduce new exercises to keep the workouts fresh.
The fourth female trainer at Revolution Fitness is Kim Barnes Jefferson. Kim is a certified personal trainer and a figure and fitness competitor. Kim was one of 90 women that were chosen to compete in the Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic amateur event in 2007.
No matter who you choose to be your personal trainer, the important thing is to start an exercise regimen and stick with it. The benefits go way beyond just looking good, the proper exercise and diet can literally add years to your life.
